Our digital nursery features a handpicked collection of indoor plants. Some come in standard gardeners pots and others in decorative pots. All you need to do is select your plant(s), add to your cart and check out! We offer same day delivery if you order before 3pm.
You can find all of the suburbs that we deliver to using that drop down menu in the check out process. In short though, we deliver to every suburb/area throughout the Canberra, Queanbeyan and Jerrabomberra areas. We do not deliver to rural areas like Hall, Royalla, Bungendore, Murrumbateman, Yass, Gundaroo + Burra.
We offer same day delivery from Monday-Friday.
We offer same-day delivery on orders placed prior to 3pm. If you miss the 3pm cut-off time, your planted delivery will be dispatched the next day, unless instructed otherwise.
You sure can. We offer you the option to order within the month; this is because our plants change each month. So, if you’re ordering in mid-December you can pre-order for any date within December.
All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include delivery, GST is charged upon checking out. The total cost of your order will be shown upon checkout, prior to payment.
We do not deliver prior to 9am. Our deliveries start from 10am onwards. We offer a same-day guarantee delivery time of 5pm for businesses and 7pm for homes. Due to the high volume of orders we receive and the predefined delivery routes, we are unable to guarantee you an exact delivery time.
To check on the status of your order please email us at hello@thenameisplanted.com.au with your order number and your contact details and we will endeavour to respond to you asap.
If the recipient isn’t home, we will leave the delivery in a safe, dry and cool place.

Business Addresses

With regards to business addresses, please specify the name of the business and whether the flowers should be delivered to reception, a loading dock or concierge.

Residential Addresses

Please make sure that we’re able to gain access to the property when delivering. If the address is located within a secure complex, please make sure that the recipient is home on the day of delivery or specify a safe location where the delivery can be left. If we cannot leave the delivery somewhere safe, they will be returned to our studio. If we need to re-send the delivery, an $8 fee will be charged.

Secure Apartment Address

It’s very important that we’re provided with a contact number of who lives in the apartment if you’re unsure that they will be home. We cannot leave deliveries at secure apartment complexes because of the high risk of theft. If we have an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the plant will be returned to our studio and we will organise a re-delivery at an $8 charge.

Hospital Addresses

Please provide the name of the hospital, the ward and the bed number if you can.

It’s important that you provide us with the correct address details. If you provide us with incorrect details we will attempt your delivery as per your instructions and accept no responsibility for a failed delivery. If we are unable to deliver to the address provided we can re-deliver on the same day or another day of your choice. However, this incurs a minimum an $8 re-delivery fee.

We work with local growers to source healthy, happy and durable plants. We also send each planted delivery out with a care card…we ask that you follow our plant care instructions to give your plant the best chance at thriving in it’s new home.

If you’re following our Plant Care instructions and you’re planted delivery still isn’t doing too well, head on over to our Contact page where you can send us the symptoms of the plant and some photographs – we’ll endeavour to help you out with some tips. Sometimes, issues like browning/yellowing leaves, bugs etc will affect a plant and these things are unfortunately out of our control if they begin occurring in your home. Just remember, dropping leaves can be very normal, even seasonal in indoor plants so seeing leaves strewn across the floor doesn’t mean your little guy should be put in the bin!
