Delivery Locations and Prices
Planted delivers to every suburb/area throughout the Canberra, Queanbeyan and Jerrabomberra areas for a flat $8 fee.
All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include taxes. The total cost of your order will be shown upon checkout, prior to payment.
Planted delivers between 10.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday for business addresses and between 10.00am and 7.00pm for residential addresses. Due to the high volume of orders we receive and the predefined delivery routes that our drivers follow, we are unable to guarantee you an exact delivery time.

What Happens When the Recipient Isn’t Home?
If you believe there is a chance that the recipient will not be at the address provided you need to provide us with permission to leave the delivery (this is done when checking out). Otherwise, if we deem it unsafe for fear of weather damage of theft we will not leave your delivery and you will be charged an $8 fee for us to organise a re-delivery attempt.
What Special Instructions Should I Provide?
With regards to business addresses, please specify the name of the business and whether the goods should be delivered to reception, a loading dock or concierge.
Please make sure that we’re able to gain access to the property when delivering. If the address is located within a secure complex, please make sure that the recipient is home on the day of delivery.
Please provide the name of the hospital, the ward and the bed number if you can.
What Happens if I Provide Incorrect Delivery Instructions?
It’s important that you provide us with the correct address details. If you provide us with incorrect details we will attempt your delivery as per your instructions and accept no responsibility for a failed delivery. If we are unable to deliver to the address provided we can re-deliver on the same day or another day of your choice. However, this incurs an extra re-delivery charge of $8.
Changes to Your Order

Refund + Return Policy
Not everyone is born with a green thumb, we get it. But before you make the decision to return your plant you can always utilise the services of our in-house plant whisperer; all you need to do is send us some photos of your plant and it’s symptoms, we’ll get back to you with some tips and tricks for getting your plant looking happy and healthy again.
But, if you have been caring for you plant with good intent and it dies after 30 days we will replace or refund – no questions asked. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to organise a refund or exchange.
When purchasing from planted, card details are transmitted through a secure server. Card data is not hosted by planted after processing.
